urchasing seed and inputs for the next year can be stressful. It’s
high stakes, high cost and hopefully high yields. Luckily, Canada’s
Outdoor Farm Show is here to help.
On September 13, 14, and 15, 2016 farmers have the chance
to browse the crop plots and touch the latest seed varieties in
real field conditions. Crops on display will include corn, soybeans,
forages as well as some emerging specialty crops in areas like the
Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs exhibit
on 6th Lane. This year, exhibits with seed and crop protection

Crop plots are open for farmers to explore all day long during
Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show. Most plots are located along North
Mall and 1st Lane on theWest side of the show grounds. Full maps
are available at all entry gates when farmers arrive at the show.
When making high stakes decisions like seed varieties and crop
protection products for the year ahead, it’s helpful to compare
things side by side.
