Ginseng roots spill from a bushel basket
on display at the office. The presentation space, which can host foreign buyers,
was an important design feature incorporated into the office. The approximately
150 ginseng farmers in Ontario do not have marketing boards or co-operatives
to set prices and instead negotiate directly with buyers.
