The rules and regulations supposedly to keep people from getting ill are great, but there is absolutely no greater risk in consuming raw milk cheeses. The risk of dying from it are no greater then dying from an airplane crash.
Men are more in danger from crossing the road then from eating raw milk cheese.
This is just something to protect the big milkenterprises and keep their markets safe and secure.
Myself, coming from the Netherlands don't see any higher risk in this then in anything else.
In the Netherlands raw milk is allowed to be sold and lots and lots of people do.
So why are there no rules against that? Are the Dutch dumber then their Canadian counterparts??????????
Milk in the Netherlands has been sold longer then Canada exists so how in the world can it be that a country like Canada fall for something like this?

In England is allowed to sell raw milk. They support farmers !
