Paul Williams said Crown Attorney Lynn Robinson was in agreement to move the date from the previously agreed upon Dec. 21. Williams said there had been “several pre-trial” meetings.Galbraith was charged in December 2010 with one count of fraud over $5,000 and four counts under the Bankruptcy Act.
