Barely 2 per cent of Canadians are agricultural producers and 98 per cent are
consumers. Today, that 98 per cent increasingly asks for specialty products:
organic, rustic, DHA-enriched, raised without antibiotics, raised without added
hormones or others.

attached to them and aims to understand their role in pork production.
