What do you do in your time off? When I’m not farming, I’m either working as a mechanic, or skiing or dirt biking. I enjoy going skiing in the winter if I have some time off or going dirt biking in the summer. How do you manage teamwork? That’s pretty easy because I have a Class 1 licence and my brother doesn’t. When we are seeding, he runs the tractor so I can keep him filled up with the truck, and during harvest, he runs the combine so I can run grain back to the farm with the truck. That one worked itself out. What’s your favourite piece of equipment? Probably the high-clearance sprayer. We have a Case IH Patriot 4420.
