The program should limit the number workers to 2 per farm from dec 10 to april first. THe first 10,00 hours per farm at $11.00 per hour above a $3.00 per hour go into a central fund to help special services (transportation Drugs, Ebikes internet) and subsidize hard to employ canadain farm workers.

You forgot that the employers should also have to pay towards the Ontario Pension fund for these workers the same or more than they should for local hired workers . Also the farm groups who have helped and pushed for the TFW's should have to pay extra into the program since they are taking jobs away from locals and we have to keep the lazy bums .

Ontario Pension fund is to be paid out to the local workers. The TFWs are cheaper for the farmers to hire

Many Farmers have no jobs for students here but bring in cheap offshore workers. This should be stopped for 6 months.

The county planner doesn't seem to want a rural work force no severence insures that
